Location: West Bay, Doha, Qatar Employment Type: Outsourced / Full-time Job Description:Responsible for daily office administrative support, including procurement and management of office supplies, inventory tracking, and vendor coordination; Handle reimbursement procedures, including collection, verification, and submission of expense documents in accordance with company policies; Assist with visa application and renewal processes for employees, coordinating with relevant authorities and agencies; Provide meeting support, including scheduling, preparation of meeting materials, and on-site coordination; Liaise with building management and maintenance teams to ensure smooth office operations, including facility repairs and service requests; Support general office operations and logistics to ensure an efficient and well-organized working environment; Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Requirements:Seniority Level: Entry level Employment Type: Outsourced / Contract-based Education: Bachelor’s degree Experience: Prior administrative or office support experience is a plus Language: Proficiency in English required; Chinese proficiency preferred Good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a detail-oriented manner
