About the role• Prepare the annual training program. • Deliver practical and theoretical training sessions. • Supervise the training team. • Organize leave schedules and training courses for team members. • Operate field training facilities in accordance with Fire Service Standard Operating Procedures. • Submit monthly reports to the Fire & Rescue Department on training-related matters. • Deliver training courses for the following roles: • Firefighter• Crew Leader• Watch Officer• Watch Commander• Operations Control Room Supervisor• Ensure proper preparation and timely issuance of all training documentation and certificates. • Ensure that all training activities comply with the latest applicable standards. • Conduct training for other airport staff, the Qatar Amiri Air Force, and Civil Defense when required. • Ensure compliance with the Fire Service Training Manual issued by the Authority. • Organize and document formal training team meetings every three months. • Ensure all training activities are conducted in accordance with the Authority’s policies and procedures. • Develop, review, and update fire training presentations. • Supervise the professional development of training department staff.• Ensure the safety and welfare of trainees during all training activities. • Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during all training events. • Record all training details in the Redkite system. • Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Training Section.
Experience• Required Years of Experience 10 years
• Academic qualification: Not required• Proficiency in the English language in accordance with QCAR 006 (as amended), ADR. OPS. B.024, and Hamad International Airport (HIA) / Doha International Airport (DIA) Manuals• Communication Certificate issued by the Airport Operating Authority

نبذة عن الوظيفة• إعداد البرنامج التدريبي السنوي.• تنفيذ جلسات تدريبية عملية ونظرية.• الإشراف على فريق التدريب.• تنظيم الإجازات والدورات التدريبية لأعضاء الفريق.• تشغيل مرافق التدريب الميداني وفقًا لإجراءات التشغيل القياسية لخدمات الإطفاء.• تقديم تقارير شهرية إلى إدارة الإطفاء والإنقاذ بخصوص القضايا التدريبية.• تقديم الدورات التدريبية التالية: رجل إطفاء أساسي، قائد فريق، ضابط مناوب، قائد وردية، مراقب غرفة العمليات.• ضمان إعداد الوثائق والشهادات التدريبية بشكل صحيح وفي الوقت المحدد.• التأكد من أن التدريب يتوافق مع أحدث المعايير.• تدريب موظفي المطار الآخرين، القوات الجوية الأميرية القطرية، والدفاع المدني عند الحاجة.• الالتزام بدليل تدريب خدمات الإطفاء الصادر عن الهيئة.• تنظيم اجتماعات رسمية لفريق التدريب كل ثلاثة أشهر وتوثيقها.• ضمان أن جميع الأنشطة التدريبية تتم وفق سياسات وإجراءات الهيئة.• تطوير ومراجعة وتحديث العروض التدريبية الخاصة بالإطفاء.• الإشراف على تطوير موظفي قسم التدريب.• ضمان سلامة ورفاهية المتدربين أثناء الأنشطة التدريبية.• ارتداء معدات الوقاية الشخصية المخصصة أثناء جميع الفعاليات التدريبية.• تسجيل جميع تفاصيل التدريب على نظام Redkite.• تنفيذ أي مهام أخرى يحددها رئيس قسم التدريب.
الخبرة المطلوبة• سنوات الخبرة المطلوبة 10 سنوات
• المؤهل الدراسي غير مطلوب.• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية وفقًا للائحة QCAR 006 المعدلة ADR. OPS. B.024 ودليل مطاري حمد والدوحة.• شهادة اتصالات صادرة عن الجهة المشغله للمطار.
التدريب المتخصص المطلوب :• دورة رجل إطفاء.• دورة قائد فريق.• دورة قائد مناوبة.• دورة كبير ضباط (إن وجدت).• مؤهل مدرب.• مؤهل مقيم.
