Purpose of the Role Design, implement, maintain, and support our growing network infrastructure. The Network Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing scalable, maintainable, highly available network architectures that meet business objectives and SLAs, and NOC activities to ensure continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of network performance. Key Responsibilities 1. Network Design & Implementation Design, configure, and deploy functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN, NAC). Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability. Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company's security team. Visit to Sites for the new deployment. 2. Troubleshooting & Support Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations. Troubleshoot and resolve network and connectivity issues. Provide Level 2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues. Visit to Sites for the support. 3. Monitoring & Optimization Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses. Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval, and success of changes made to the network infrastructure. Network Operations Center (NOC) activities to ensure continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of network performance. 4. Documentation & Reporting Maintain complete technical documentation. Provide detailed reports on network performance, issues, and system logs. Required Skillset Proven experience as a Network Engineer or Network Administrator. Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching (e.g., BGP, OSPF, VLAN, VRF, MPLS, STP, VTP, VLAN, Package flow etc.). Experience with Cisco products (Router, Switch, WLC, AP, ISE, DNA Center), troubleshooting, Configuration, and Deployments. Hands-on experience with networking hardware (e.g., routers, switches, WLC, ISE etc.). Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools (e.g., DNA Center, Solar Winds, Cisco Prime, Wireshark).
