Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Mall Leasing ONLY, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for effective leasing management.
A minimum of 8-15 years of experience in property management or leasing, showcasing a proven track record in driving occupancy rates.
Mall Leasing License or relevant certifications, ensuring compliance with local regulations and demonstrating industry knowledge.
