Operations Manager (F&B) â€“ Flat White Specialty Coffee | Doha, Qatar Flat White Specialty Coffee is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and elevate our multi-branch cafÃ© operations in Doha.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experience Drive sales performance, cost control, and profitability (P&L ownership) Lead, coach, and develop outlet managers and teams Ensure compliance with brand standards, SOPs, and food safety regulations Optimize staffing, scheduling, and operational efficiency Collaborate with the central kitchen, supply chain, and support functions
Requirements:Proven experience in F&B operations management (multi-unit experience preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills Solid understanding of P&L, COGS, and operational KPIsPassion for coffee, hospitality, and customer experience Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment GCC experience is an advantage
