Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Manage end-to-end procurement cycle including RFQs, RFPs, tenders, and purchase orders

  2. Conduct supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and vendor performance management

  3. Handle contract preparation, review, and administration in coordination with internal teams

  4. Monitor market trends, pricing, and identify cost optimization opportunities

  5. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, audit requirements, and documentation standards

  6. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Finance, User Departments) for smooth procurement operations

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. 6–10 years of experience in procurement / supply chain within a structured organization

  2. Strong expertise in tendering, contract management, and supplier negotiations

  3. Experience working with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle preferred)

  4. Good understanding of procurement planning, cost control, and compliance processes

  5. Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (mandatory)

  6. Professional certifications like CIPS / CPSM will be an added advantage
