We are seeking a dynamic Catering Team Leader to oversee daily catering operations, ensuring exceptional service and seamless event execution within our hospitality environment in Qatar. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the catering team to deliver high-quality service during events and daily operations.
- Coordinate with clients and internal staff to understand event requirements and customize catering services accordingly.
- Monitor food preparation and presentation to maintain high standards of quality and hygiene.
- Train, motivate, and supervise catering staff to achieve optimal performance and teamwork.
- Manage inventory and ensure timely procurement of catering supplies and ingredients.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction.

- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic event requirements.
- Flexibility to work during weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Relevant certifications in food safety and hospitality management are preferred.
