Role Description Lead and manage electrical design engineering teams on large-scale projects Develop, review, and approve electrical design drawings and specifications using CAD & Revit Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure fully integrated project delivery Provide technical leadership across electrical systems including Power, ELV, and Fire Alarm systems Ensure all designs comply with applicable international and local codes and standards Manage project schedules, deliverables, budgets, and technical reporting Conduct design reviews and resolve complex technical issues during project execution

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSc) Minimum 15+ years of experience in electrical design engineering Strong experience in CAD and Revit software MMUP Grade A certification (mandatory) Proven experience in high-rise, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments Strong knowledge of international and local electrical codes and standards Excellent leadership, coordination, and team management skills Based in Qatar with valid NOC preferred
