Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Marketing Manager based in Doha, Qatar. The Senior Marketing Manager will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase foot traffic and brand presence, collaborate with retailers to drive customer engagement, and oversee promotional campaigns, events, and seasonal activities. Responsibilities include managing marketing budgets, analyzing market trends, and tracking campaign performance metrics. The role also involves leading a team, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
Qualifications Proven expertise in Marketing Strategy, Brand Development, and Digital Marketing. Experience in Event Management, Campaign Planning, and Influencer Collaboration. Strong Data Analysis, Market Research, and Performance Tracking skills. Excellent Leadership, Team Management, and Communication skills. Experience working in the retail, hospitality, or entertainment industries will be an advantage. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and deliver creative solutions under tight deadlines. Fluent Arabic and English is a must.
