Position overview
Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven sales manager - cyber security to join their team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cyber security sales, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth, manage key client accounts, and consistently achieve sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets in the cyber security domain.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with end customers and partners across Qatar.
- Manage the complete sales cycle - from lead generation and prospecting to solution pitching, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, vendors, and channel partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical consultants, pre-sales, and marketing) to create compelling proposals and presentations.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence to management.
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related discipline.
MBA or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are preferred.
Experience & skills:
- Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in selling cyber security technologies and solutions to enterprise customers.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas within the cyber security sector.
- Strong understanding of cyber security products, trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Must be based in Qatar, with willingness to travel within the region as needed.
