About the Role: We are looking for a reliable and active Purchasing Officer to support our daily F&B operations. This role is highly mobile; you will be the vital link between our local suppliers and our various restaurant branches. If you are organized, comfortable on the road, and ready to handle fast-paced inventory logistics, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Purchasing & Logistics: Pick up pre-ordered supplies and ingredients from vendors and deliver them promptly to the correct kitchen.
- Inter-Branch Transfers: Safely and efficiently transport stock and materials between our different locations as needed to ensure no branch runs out of essentials during service.
- Inventory Operations: Actively assist the management team in conducting regular physical stock counts.
- Handling & Receiving: Load and unload goods, ensuring all items are checked for accuracy and handled with care during transit.
Requirements:
- Mandatory Vehicle Ownership: You MUST own a reliable personal car and possess a valid Qatari driving license. Your vehicle will be used daily for purchasing runs and stock transfers.
- Comfortable with the physical aspects of the job, including lifting, moving, and organizing food and beverage inventory.
- Basic understanding of stock counting procedures.
- Strong time management skills to ensure the kitchens get their supplies exactly when they need them.
Compensation & Package:
- Salary: 3,500 QAR per month
