About the job Admission Assistant - 3 Months
Contract Duration: 3 Months
Location: On-site (Al Dafna and assigned venues during selection process)
Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (8 hours per day)
Job Summary
The Admissions Assistant will support the admissions process by handling inquiries, assisting applicants, and managing application-related tasks through the designated Learning Management System (LMS). This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while working in a fast-paced admissions environment.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to inquiries from prospective applicants and stakeholders via phone and email in a professional and timely manner

Provide accurate information regarding application procedures, requirements, and deadlines

Assist in the submission and review of applications using the LMS

Ensure all applicant data is properly recorded, updated, and maintained in the system

Support the admissions and registration team during the application and selection process

Maintain high standards of customer service when interacting with applicants and visitors

Perform administrative tasks related to admissions operations as assigned
General Requirements

Must be bilingual, with the ability to communicate effectively in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to work on-site and relocate temporarily to assigned venues during the selection process

Ability to work full-time hours as specified
- Locally available in Qatar with a valid QID
Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to use and navigate a Learning Management System (LMS) or similar online platforms for application submission and review
- Basic knowledge of file management
- Ability to quickly learn new software and systems through provided training
