We’re Hiring: Oracle HRMS Specialist (HR Operations & Onboarding)
We are seeking a dynamic HRMS Specialist to join a leading financial institution headquartered in Doha to support our Human Resources team within HR operations and employee onboarding using Oracle HRMS. We’re looking for professionals with hands-on experience in Core HR, Self-Service HR (SSHR), i Recruitment, and Benefits modules.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and support HRMS modules to streamline onboarding and HR processes. Manage employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, transfers, exits). Collaborate with HR teams to align system workflows with business needs. Ensure compliance and maintain accurate employee records.
Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.3–5 years of experience in HR support or organizational development. Strong functional knowledge of HR operations and onboarding. Experience with Oracle HRMS (excluding payroll). Skilled in SQL/PLSQL, workflows, and reporting. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
