Job description
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Agents to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and/or inbound calls, promoting services, and achieving sales targets.
Compensation:
- Fixed monthly salary

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Promote company services/products to potential clients
- Achieve assigned targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Follow company scripts and guidelines when required
Skills
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet sales targets
- Basic computer skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

- Must provide valid secondment approval from the Ministry of Labor (MOL) for part-time employment
