We are seeking a strategic lead to own the digital presence and content storytelling for this diverse brand portfolio.
The Social Media & Content Strategist defines the "What" of the brand’s digital identity, setting the themes, messaging, and platform direction. This role translates business priorities into high-performing content strategies that drive measurable growth and demand across all verticals, including F&B and Art & Design. You will act as a central pillar, coordinating between Brand Managers, PR, and production teams to ensure a coherent yet distinctive presence for every brand in the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Architecture: Architect and own the comprehensive social media and content strategy, ensuring platform-specific approaches are aligned with organizational growth objectives.
• Portfolio Coherence: Maintain distinct brand identities for various verticals (F&B, Retail, Membership) while ensuring strategic synergies across the entire digital ecosystem.
• Content Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end content planning cycle, from defining content pillars to overseeing structured publishing calendars and platform experimentation.
• Creative Direction: Translate high-level business priorities into actionable creative briefs for production teams, defining the "What" (themes and messaging) while guiding the "How" (execution).
• Performance Engineering: Direct social media performance tracking, utilizing data to optimize engagement quality, audience growth, and conversion signals.
• Operational Governance: Establish and enforce content quality standards, community management frameworks, and tone of voice protocols across both in-house and agency teams.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Media.
• Experience: 8–10 years in social media strategy, ideally within the hospitality, lifestyle, or cultural sectors.
• Expertise: Deep fluency in Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, with a proven ability to translate analytics into actionable decisions.
• Soft Skills: Strong creative judgment, organized, and capable of leading through influence in a fast-paced environment.
• Regional Knowledge: GCC or Middle East experience is strongly preferred.
