Role Description TIBECO Group is seeking to recruit three (3) highly experienced Senior Mining Engineers with a minimum of 10 years of proven expertise to lead and manage both surface and underground mining operations.
This is a leadership role with full responsibility for mine operations, focused on delivering high production quality, operational efficiency, and strict compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities* Lead and oversee daily surface and underground mining operations* Manage the full mining lifecycle — from planning and development to execution and optimization* Implement advanced mining methods and extraction strategies to maximize productivity* Supervise and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across all operational phases* Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards* Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives* Optimize workflows and processes to achieve operational excellence and efficiency
Requirements* Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or a related field* Minimum 10 years of experience in mining operations (surface and underground)* Strong leadership and team management capabilities* In-depth knowledge of mining techniques, extraction methods, and operational planning* Proven experience in managing large-scale mining projects* Solid understanding of HSE regulations and compliance standards* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
