Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Campus Nurse, based in Doha, Qatar. The Campus Nurse will be responsible for delivering first-aid and emergency care, managing health-related incidents, and providing guidance on preventive healthcare measures. Tasks include maintaining student and staff health records, organizing health awareness programs, and coordinating with local medical facilities to ensure seamless access to medical care when necessary. The role also involves monitoring campus facilities for health and safety compliance and addressing concerns to uphold a safe learning environment.
Qualifications Valid Nursing qualification with Qatar license (QCHP/MOPH) Must be available in Qatar. Proficiency in first-aid administration, emergency care practices, and basic medical procedures Strong knowledge of public health principles, healthcare guidelines, and preventive health measures Proficient in health record management and medical documentation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with students, staff, and healthcare providers Organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle medical emergencies calmly and efficiently Educational qualification such as a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, along with valid licensure as a registered nurse Prior experience in a school, university, or similar setting is an advantage Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other local languages is a plus
