Job Details

Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner Perform efficient check-in and check-out procedures Handle guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously Handle cash, billing, and payment transactions accurately Maintain and update guest records in the system (PMS) Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness Answer telephone calls and direct them appropriately Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times Upsell hotel rooms, services, and promotions when applicable Follow hotel policies, procedures, and service standards Ensure guest privacy and confidentiality at all times Mandatory: Previous experience as a Front Office Receptionist in a hotel environment Familiarity with hotel PMS systems (e.g., Opera or similar) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service orientation Good command of English (additional languages are an advantage) Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Basic knowledge of cash handling and billing procedures Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
