ServiceNow Technical Consultant – Workplace Service Delivery (WSD)
Job Summary
We are hiring a ServiceNow Technical Consultant with hands-on experience in Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) to support digital workplace transformation. You will configure WSD applications, enhance employee services, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline workplace operations on the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure ServiceNow WSD modules: Workplace Case, Reservations, Space Management, Visitor Management.
- Translate workplace processes into ServiceNow workflows by working with Facilities, HR, Security, and IT teams.
- Develop workflows using Flow Designer, scripting, IntegrationHub, UI policies/actions.
- Maintain workplace data models, floor plans, reservations, and platform governance standards.
- Support integrations with IoT sensors, building systems, HR platforms, access control systems, and ITSM.
- Contribute to enhancements improving workplace visibility, employee experience, and service efficiency.
- Stay updated on new features in ServiceNow WSD & Employee Workflows.
