About Us We are a growing online marketplace focused on plants, gardening, agriculture products, and related servicesâ€”connecting vendors and customers to promote sustainable living in Qatar.
Role Overview Weâ€™re looking for a dynamic freelancer to drive sales, vendor onboarding, marketing campaigns, and procurement to scale our marketplace.
Key Responsibilities Onboard and manage vendors (nurseries, suppliers, flower shops) Drive sales growth and identify new revenue opportunities Plan and execute marketing campaigns (Social Media, Ads, Email) Optimize product listings, categories, and customer journey Build partnerships with landscaping companies and service providers Track performance metrics and improve conversions
Requirements 2â€“4 years in Sales, Marketing, Procurement, or E-commerce Marketplace experience (Shopify, Amazon, etc.) is a plus Strong communication & negotiation skills Knowledge of digital marketing tools Interest in gardening/agriculture is a plus
