Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operational Excellence Engineer based in Doha, Qatar. The role is responsible for analyzing and optimizing operational processes to enhance overall efficiency and performance. Key tasks include implementing continuous improvement initiatives, troubleshooting technical and operational issues, maintaining systems, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Additionally, the engineer will collaborate with various teams to drive operational excellence and provide support for customer-related technical inquiries.
Qualifications Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate operations and identify areas for improvement. Proficiency in troubleshooting complex technical and operational issues with an analytical approach. Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems, including their configuration and administration. Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with internal teams and clients. Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field is preferred. Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence methodologies is an advantage. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
