We are seeking a skilled and experienced System & Network Engineer to design, implement, manage, and support IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with server administration, networking, and wireless technologies, particularly Huawei Wi-Fi solutions.
Key Responsibilities:Design, deploy, and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and storage systems Manage and administer virtualization platforms such as VMware (ESXi, v Center) Configure and maintain LAN/WAN networks, switches, routers, and firewalls Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Huawei wireless (WiFi) solutions Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability Perform system upgrades, patches, and backups Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues efficiently Implement and maintain network security policies and best practices Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for project implementation Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures
Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field 3–7 years of experience in system and network administration Strong hands-on experience with VMware virtualization technologies Experience with Huawei WiFi solutions and wireless network management Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching) Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and network security Knowledge of Windows Server administration
Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory):Certifications such as: VMware (VCP) Huawei (HCIA / HCIP / HCIE) Cisco (CCNA / CCNP) Experience with network monitoring tools Experience in cybersecurity is an added advantage
