Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Project Manager with 3+ years of experience to lead and manage technology projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Arabic and English, with strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects within scope, timeline, and budget Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues Ensure quality standards and best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation Facilitate meetings, presentations, and communication in both Arabic and English
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field3+ years of experience in IT project management Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello, Asana) Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
