Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role based in Qatar for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will identify and secure new business opportunities, build and nurture client relationships, and develop strategic partnerships. Responsibilities include conducting market research, implementing business strategies, negotiating contracts, and achieving revenue goals. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to align business growth initiatives with company objectives.
Qualifications Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management Strong abilities in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Business Strategy development Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills Ability to drive revenue targets and achieve sales goals Proficiency in CRM software and other Business Tools Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently Experience in the business solutions sector or related industries is highly preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
