About the Role

Alftek International is seeking a results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth within our Recruitment & Staffing division across Qatar and the GCC. This role focuses on client acquisition, relationship management, and delivering tailored workforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand new business opportunities across Qatar and the GCC within the staffing and recruitment sector Build and maintain strong relationships with HR Heads, Hiring Managers, and Procurement teams Understand client hiring needs and deliver tailored workforce solutions (permanent, contract, outsourced) Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while providing market insights to leadership Collaborate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure seamless client servicing Represent Alftek at networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums Track market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing business development team as required
Mandatory Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field Minimum 10+ years of GCC experience, including 7+ years in Business Development / Client Acquisition within recruitment/staffing Proven track record of sales closures and revenue growth in Qatar/GCCStrong knowledge of Qatar labor laws, visa processes, and hiring regulations Established professional network across industries: Oil & Gas, Construction, IT, Healthcare, Government Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Currently based in Qatar with a valid residency/work permit (Driving licence preferred) Fluent in English verbal and written. Proven experience managing teams; ability to build and scale teams is highly desirable Existing client portfolio in Qatar/GCC is a strong advantage
