About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Asset Management Director to lead our investment platform across public and private markets. This role is responsible for driving investment strategy, managing portfolios and funds, and ensuring strong governance and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute multi-asset investment strategies across public and private markets Oversee discretionary portfolio management and advisory mandates Drive growth in Assets Under Management (AUM) through institutional mandates and fund offerings Manage private equity investments across the full lifecycle (sourcing, execution, monitoring, and exit) Oversee fund structures, SPVs, and alternative investment platforms Engage with institutional investors, family offices, and key stakeholders Ensure compliance with Qatar Financial Centre Regulatory Authority regulatory requirements Lead and develop a high-performing investment team Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field CFA, CAIA, or MBA preferred12–15+ years of experience in asset management and private equity Proven track record in portfolio management and fund structuring Experience working with institutional investors and regulated environments Strong knowledge of regional and international financial markets Skills & Competencies Investment Strategy Portfolio Management Private Equity Fund Management Risk Management Regulatory Compliance Leadership Stakeholder Management Regulatory Requirement May require approval as an Approved Individual by QFCRA
