  • Fluent in Arabic & English (Khaleeji accent is a must )
  • Strong communication skills—clear, calm, and customer-focused
  • Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and manage difficult conversations
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and computer systems
  • Flexibility to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment
