Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development and Recruitment Coordinator, located in Doha. Responsibilities include identifying and developing business opportunities, conducting market research, preparing and presenting proposals, and coordinating with clients to meet their recruitment requirements. The coordinator will also provide exceptional customer service and ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to conduct robust Market Research Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement Proficiency in writing detailed and persuasive Proposals Customer Service skills with a focus on delivering client satisfaction Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational and time management skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field Previous experience in business development, recruitment, or a similar role is a plus
