Bluu Fitout, a division of Al Jassra Group, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our expanding team in Qatar. This opportunity is ideal for junior to mid-level professionals who are passionate about business development, client engagement, and contributing to organizational growth within the fit-out and construction industry.
Role Overview The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Business Development function by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and assisting in the conversion of leads into successful projects. This position is designed for individuals who are proactive, organized, and eager to grow their career in business development and sales.
Key Responsibilities• Identify and generate new business leads and potential opportunities• Arrange, attend, and coordinate client meetings and introductions• Follow up on proposals, quotations, and ongoing opportunities• Support the full business development cycle from initial contact to project award• Maintain and update sales pipelines, lead trackers, and activity records• Assist in expanding the company’s client base and market presence
