Job Details

  • Prepare and bake authentic Neapolitan pizzas following traditional methods

• Manage dough preparation (fermentation, hydration, proofing)

• Operate and maintain a wood-fired oven at high temperatures

• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the kitchen team

• Train junior staff when required


Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pizza Chef (preferably Neapolitan style)

• Strong knowledge of dough fermentation and baking techniques

• Experience working with wood-fired ovens

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Team player with strong communication skills

• Basic understanding of food safety standards

Skills

3 years plus Experience in Italian restaurants or pizzerias
