Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Doha, Qatar, for a Junior IT Sales Engineer. Responsibilities include assisting with technical sales, preparing project proposals, and providing support for network security, troubleshooting, and IT solutions. The role involves collaborating with clients to understand their technical needs, delivering tailored solutions, and maintaining strong business relationships. Additionally, the candidate will contribute to ensuring seamless technical support and product implementation for clients.
Qualifications Proficiency in Networking and Network Security Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support Knowledge and understanding of Information Technology systems Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Relevant certification in IT or Networking (e.g., CCNA, Comp TIA Network+) is advantageous Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment and provide excellent client support
