Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Doha, Qatar for a Digital Marketing Coordinator. The individual will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand presence. Daily duties include managing social media marketing campaigns, analyzing web analytics to track performance, and coordinating various marketing projects. This role blends content creation, community engagement, light website editing, and performance analytics across multiple platforms. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Social Media Management Manage and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, You Tube, and Google Business. Develop and maintain a structured monthly content calendar. Create on-brand visuals using Canva and short-form video content when needed. Monitor comments, messages, and community interactions; escalate issues appropriately. Use Meta Business Suite and platform insights to track performance and recommend improvements. Website Management & UXPerform a one-time UX-focused overhaul of the website using the Odoo Website Editor (layout improvements, clarity, navigation). Conduct ongoing light CMS updates (banners, text, images, landing pages). Ensure website content remains accurate, visually aligned, and user-friendly. Collaborate on improving user flows to support lead generation and conversions. Analytics & Reporting Track and report on key KPIs:Monthly follower growth Engagement rate Website conversion rate Bounce rate Lead form submissions Use Google Analytics and platform insights to produce monthly performance reports. Brand Development Apply existing brand guidelines consistently across all digital channels. Identify opportunities to enhance and evolve brand visuals and messaging. Ensure tone, visuals, and messaging remain aligned with brand identity. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with internal teams to gather content, highlight achievements, and support campaigns. Assist with digital assets for events, promotions, and internal initiatives.
Required Skills Digital & Creative Skills Proficiency with Canva for graphics and basic video editing. Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, You Tube, and Google Business. Experience using Meta Business Suite for scheduling and insights. Ability to write clear, engaging, brand-aligned copy. Website & Technical Skills Experience with Odoo Website Editor or similar CMS platforms. Basic understanding of layout, UX principles, and responsive design. Basic SEO knowledge (meta tags, headings, image optimization). Analytical & Organizational Skills Ability to interpret analytics and convert insights into actionable recommendations. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Structured approach to content planning and documentation. Soft Skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and take ownership of digital channels. Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have) Meta Blueprint certifications Google Digital Marketing or Google Analytics certifications Hub Spot Social Media Marketing certification SEO fundamentals certifications (SEMrush, Hub Spot, etc.) Any CMS or UX/UI short courses
Qualifications Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing Ability to analyze and interpret Web Analytics to optimize campaigns Proficiency in Communication and Project Management to drive results and ensure effective coordination Experience with content creation, branding, and campaign strategy is a plus Proactive mindset with attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in relevant marketing tools and platforms Previous experience in the automotive or wholesale industries is an advantage1–3 years of experience in:Social media management for business accounts Website content updates or CMS-based editing Demonstrated ability to grow engagement and improve digital performance. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
