Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Radiographer, based in Doha, Qatar. The Radiographer will be responsible for preparing and positioning patients for imaging procedures, operating imaging equipment, and ensuring radiation safety protocols are followed. Other duties include maintaining accurate patient records, collaborating with medical professionals to interpret imaging results, and ensuring a high standard of patient care during procedures.
Qualifications An understanding of Radiation and Radiation Safety practices to ensure safe and effective imaging procedures Knowledge of Radiology and Radiologic Technology, including the operation and maintenance of imaging equipment Familiarity with medical concepts, practices, and procedures related to imaging Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction and teamwork with medical staff Diploma or degree in Radiography, Radiologic Technology, or a related field Licensure and certification in Radiologic Technology as required by local regulations Prior experience in diagnostic imaging or radiography is an advantage
