Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Doha, Qatar for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to executive leadership, managing schedules, and handling confidential correspondence. Key responsibilities include preparing expense reports, organizing meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. The role requires a detail-oriented and professional individual capable of anticipating needs and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports Strong skills in Executive Support and Communication Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality Proficiency in office software tools and scheduling systems Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in the construction, design, or contracting industry is a plus Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is considered an advantage
