1. Minimum 10 years post graduate experience with experience in major infrastructure projects or programmes; preference will be given to roads, aviation, structures or rail related experience.
2. Thorough knowledge of Traffic Analysis, Traffic Management, Traffic Modelling and Data Analysis.
1. Bachelor’s degree from a recognised University in an appropriate field such as Civil Engineering or equivalent
2. Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken
3. Driver’s Licence
Desirable Requirements :
1. Evidence of suitable professional qualification, CEng or equivalent is preferable
2. Master’s degree in a relevant field
3. Arabic language skills
4. Experience of working in Qatar and / or the Gulf region
