• B.S in Architecture or Urban Planning – Preferred M.S in Urban Design, Planning or Development equivalent.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in urban planning and Design preferably in Middle East experience.
• Experience in large scale urban design, town planning, TOD’s, Industrial planning, Smart city and subdivision planning with knowledge of planning laws and regulations and sustainable planning principles.
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary team.
• Must be fluent in Arabic and English both written and spoken with an excellent capability for managerial skills as well as oral and written technical communication skills;
• Computer skills in project management tools are mandatory.
