Education :· A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is typically required. Experience : 5 to 10 years or more.· Should have several years of experience in Banking network environment and security roles before advancing to a senior position.· Strong expertise in networking, routing, and security technologies. · Hands-on experience in implementing and managing NAC solutions, firewalls, WAF, IDS/IPS, and Cisco ISE to ensure a secure and efficient IT infrastructure. This can range from · NAC and Firewall Exposure are Required, Should be good with Avanti Pulse Secure Or Aruba Clear Pass. Networking Certifications: · Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE)· Certifications like Comp TIA Network+ and Comp TIA Security+ can also be valuable for foundational knowledge. Security Certifications: Security-focused certifications · Certifications like Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) are highly regarded. Technical Skills: · In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, technologies, and architectures is essential.· Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices and firewalls.· Familiarity with intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS) and VPN technologies.· Knowledge of network security best practices, including threat detection and mitigation.· Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
