Role Description

We are seeking a Chef De Partie for our bakery team at Inter Continental Doha The City. This full-time, on-site position, based in Doha, Qatar, involves overseeing bakery operations, producing high-quality baked goods, and ensuring food preparation meets our exceptional standards. The Chef De Partie will supervise junior chefs, maintain hygiene standards, and collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative bakery menus. The role requires a commitment to quality, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Cooking and advanced Culinary Skills, with a specialization in bakery products. Proficiency in Food Preparation, including dough preparation, baking, and decorating techniques. Knowledge of Hygiene standards and food safety practices, ensuring compliance with health regulations. Excellent Communication skills to effectively coordinate with kitchen staff and deliver instructions clearly. Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a luxury or high-end hospitality environment. A formal culinary qualification or certification is preferred but not mandatory.
