Key Responsibilities: • Engage with customers and understand their needs • Provide suitable product recommendations • Achieve and exceed sales targets • Build strong, long-term customer relationships • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations • Ensure smooth customer experience from inquiry to after-sales • Work closely with the team to drive sales growth • Participate in training to improve product knowledge and sales skills
Requirements: • Strong communication and customer service skills • Good sales and negotiation abilities • Self-motivated and goal-oriented • Problem-solving mindset • Experience in sales is required (Cabinets & Kitchen industry experience preferred) • Background in Cabinets and Kitchen, interior design, or related field is an advantage • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred) • Fluent in English and Arabic
