Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coordinator based in our Doha, Qatar office. The Sales Coordinator will manage day-to-day sales operations, ensuring the smooth execution of sales and customer service processes. Responsibilities include coordinating with the sales team, liaising with customers, maintaining sales records, managing client communication, and supporting the team in achieving sales targets. The role involves collaboration with various internal departments to streamline operations and address customer inquiries effectively.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to ensure efficient processes and goal achievements Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and address concerns Experience in Sales and the ability to assist in driving revenue and building client relationships Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., CRM systems) is advantageous Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
