Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring for a client in Qatar



We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Hospitality Division to drive revenue growth and strengthen market presence for a leading hotel group in Qatar. The ideal candidate must have strong hospitality sales experience and in-depth knowledge of the local market.


 Responsibilities :




  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize hotel revenue

  • Identify and secure new corporate and leisure accounts

  • Maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and partners

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis

  • Represent the hotel at networking events and industry exhibitions


 Requirements :




  • Proven experience in hotel or hospitality sales

  • Strong knowledge of the Qatar hospitality market

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills

  • Target-driven with strong business development skills

  • Locally available in Qatar
