Position: Technical Team Leader

Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical team in developing and implementing software solutions.


• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of server-side and client-side architecture.


• Ensure optimal utilization of technical resources and timely project delivery.


• Collaborate with Project Managers and team leaders to align technical efforts with business objectives.


• Maintain high standards of software quality through best practices and team mentorship.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.


• Master’s degree in a technical discipline (preferred).


• Relevant technical certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure) are a plus.

• 7-10 years of experience in full-stack web development.


• Expertise in server-side and client-side architecture best practices.


• Proficiency in modern web development frameworks and languages such as React, Angular, Node.js, PHP, Python.
