We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CAFM Operator (Arabic Speaker) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and updating the Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system, ensuring accurate data entry, work order tracking, and effective coordination between maintenance teams and clients. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
Key Responsibilities
. Operate and maintain the CAFM system on a daily basis
. Log, assign, and track work orders and service requests
. Ensure accurate data entry of assets, PPM schedules, and maintenance records
. Generate reports related to maintenance activities and system performance
. Coordinate with maintenance teams, supervisors, and clients
. Monitor SLA compliance and update job status accordingly
. Maintain proper documentation and system records
. Provide administrative support to the facilities management team
Requirements
. Proven experience working with CAFM systems
. Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management or related field
. Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) and good command of English
. Strong computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel)
. Good communication and coordination skills
. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
