Key Responsibilities
Role Description:
- Identify and approach potential corporate and institutional clients
- Generate new leads through cold calls, meetings, networking, and field visits
- Present The Rose Yard’s services (floral contracts, coffee catering, event styling, gifting solutions, subscriptions)
- Prepare proposals and quotations for clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Follow up on tenders and partnership opportunities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate internally with operations to ensure smooth execution of contracts
- Provide weekly sales reports and pipeline updates
Skills
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in flower or event sales, preferably B2B or corporate sales
- Experience in luxury retail, hospitality and events.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident in client meetings and presentations
- Arabic & English fluency required
- Valid QID
- Valid Qatari driving license (preferred)
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented
