We create memorable experiences for our guests, and we are looking for a F&B Restaurant Supervisor who is passionate about delivering excellent service. You should be organized, confident, and able to lead a team in a professional manner.

In this role, you will help ensure that all events and banquets run smoothly — from setup to service — while making sure guests feel welcome and well taken care of.

A Glimpse into Your Role as an F&B Restaurant Supervisor, You Will:

•    Lead and inspire the restaurant team to deliver an exceptional, personalized dining experience aligned with brand standards.
•    Oversee the impeccable setup of the outlet prior to each service, ensuring mise en place, table presentation, lighting, ambience, and POS systems reflect luxury service excellence.
•    Collaborate seamlessly with the culinary and stewarding teams to ensure flawless service flow, precise order execution, and timely delivery.
•    Conduct structured pre-service briefings, highlighting VIP arrivals, menu features, revenue targets, and service expectations.
•    Maintain a strong presence on the floor, anticipating guest needs, resolving concerns with professionalism and discretion, and ensuring a consistently elevated guest journey.
•    Uphold the highest standards of HACCP compliance, food safety, hygiene, and sanitation, ensuring all procedures meet regulatory and brand requirements.
•    Monitor proper food storage, temperature controls, cleanliness of equipment, and impeccable grooming standards across the team.
•    Drive revenue performance through refined upselling techniques and promotion of premium food and beverage offerings.
•    Oversee inventory management with a strong focus on stock control, minimizing wastage, conducting monthly stock takes, and supporting cost-efficiency initiatives.
•    Review daily sales performance, manage operating supplies responsibly, and contribute to profitability through effective cost control.
•    Ensure smooth and structured opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, reporting accuracy, and maintaining the outlet in pristine condition for the next service.

What We’re Looking For:

•    A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, or equivalent experience within a luxury hotel or upscale dining environment.
•    A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, with proven supervisory experience in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel setting.
•    A strong understanding of fine dining service standards, sequence of service, wine knowledge, and guest engagement techniques.
•    Solid knowledge of HACCP principles, food safety regulations, and hygiene standards, with the ability to ensure full compliance at all times.
•    Experience in inventory management, stock control, cost awareness, and supporting revenue-driven initiatives.
•    Excellent communication skills in English. Proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred to support our local and regional guests. Additional languages are an advantage in our international luxury environment.
•    A natural leader with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop team members while fostering a culture of excellence.
•    Highly organized, detail-oriented, and composed under pressure, with the ability to thrive in a refined, fast-paced setting.
•    A passion for delivering intuitive, personalized service that creates memorable guest experiences.
