Transporting items  
▪    Transports items in a safe manner to avoid any  accidents or damages.  
▪    Transports items  as  per the  instructions from the shop floor to  be utilized in various activities.  
▪    Places the manufactured item in the stockyard or in their designated areas as  per the company’s standard stocking or   manufacturing methods to avoid damaging  manufactured items. 
Maintaining the forklift  
▪    Checks the  oil, water,  and hydraulic fluid on daily  basis  to  ensure proper operation of the  forklift.   
▪    Does not subject the forklift to loads or loading that do not comply with the safe driving methods to avoid breakdowns. 
Production work flow  
▪    Informs the assistant foreman of any accidents, problems, mistakes, or non-conformities he faces during production for accurate reporting.   
▪    Coordinates  with the QC inspector to check and pass  his  daily production  
Guides his assistance  
▪    Gives his assistants the details of the job they need to execute and sets he expected duration to do their job. 
Cleanliness / Safety  
▪    Ensures that he maintains the cleanliness of the areas he transports items to and from.   
▪    Ensures the cleanliness of the forklift he is driving. 
▪    Follow all relevant safety, quality and  environmental control procedures and instructions so that personal safety / the safety of others is not jeopardized and a minimum level of product / service quality and environmental  
impact can be guaranteed.  

Skills

▪    Knowledge of company standards regarding stocking of manufactured items. 
▪    Knowledge of various locations within the company premises  
▪    Honesty and Dedication
