Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Doha, Qatar. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, providing support, and resolving issues to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining client records, addressing feedback, and contributing to improved customer experience by effectively communicating with clients.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction Ability to enhance Customer Experience by understanding and addressing client needs Experience in working with Customer Service Representatives to foster teamwork and collaboration Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and handle challenging situations with professionalism Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages, such as Arabic, is an advantage
