Hiring: FM Coordinator
📍 Location: Qatar We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced FM Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in facilities management, excellent coordination skills, and hands-on experience with CAFM systems.
Key Requirements:
Strong knowledge of maintenance management and facilities operations Experience in coordinated service delivery within FM environments Proficiency in analytical thinking, and problem-solving Ability to effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams Experience in documentation, reporting, and compliance with safety standards Strong working knowledge of CAFM and other FM software systems Familiarity with Qatar local regulations and compliance requirements (preferred) Professional certifications in Facilities Management or Project Management are a plus
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience as an FM Coordinator Minimum 5 years of hands-on CAFM experience
