Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager – Oil & Gas Projects located in Doha, Qatar. The Operations Manager will oversee and coordinate project activities to ensure efficient execution and delivery within budget and timelines. Key responsibilities include managing resources, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, monitoring project progress, to achieve operational excellence. The role also involves driving continuous improvement initiatives and reporting on project performance regularly to senior management. Experience Required: Minimum 14+ years of proven experience in Oil & Gas projects, specifically in:Insulation Works Industrial Painting & Coating Scaffolding Fireproofing Refractory Works
Key Responsibilities:Oversee end-to-end project operations across multiple sites Manage manpower, equipment, and subcontractors efficiently Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource planning Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams Drive operational excellence and ensure timely project delivery
Requirments:Strong leadership and team management skills Experience handling major EPC / Oil & Gas clients Excellent planning, reporting, and communication skills Gulf experience preferred Candidates currently based in Qatar will be given preference
