Location: Doha, Qatar

Position Level: Mid-Level | Full-Time | On-Site

Salary: 2,500 – 4,000 QAR (Plus Incentives)

Education: Diploma/bachelor’s degree

Nationality: Nepali/Indian/Filipino/Sri Lankan

Visa Status: Qatar Company Visa (With NOC). Visa will be provided upon successful completion of the probation period.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Provide professional advice to clients regarding work, study, visit, investment, and PR visa options.

·      Evaluate client profiles and recommend suitable immigration pathways.

·      Assist clients in accurately preparing and submitting visa applications.

·      Review and organize required documentation as per embassy and immigration requirements.

·      Maintain regular follow-ups with clients regarding application updates.

·      Convert inquiries into successful clients and achieve sales targets.

·      Stay updated on immigration laws and visa policies.

Requirements

·      2–5 years of experience in immigration consultancy or visa processing.

·      Diploma or bachelor’s degree.

·      Fluency in English, Hindi, Nepali, Tamil, Malayalam, and Tagalog (Arabic is an advantage).

·      Strong communication, social media branding knowledge, and interpersonal skills.

·      Target-oriented with strong closing ability.

·      Good knowledge of international visa procedures.

·      Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.

·      Familiarity with CRM systems.
